CARSON ELIMINATES ROCKRIDGE AND MOVES ON IN 3A ACTION

The Carson Graham Eagles were all business in tonite's AAA elimination game getting out to a 20-4 lead at the end of the first quarter, en route to a 66-44 victory over the Rockridge Ravens of West Vancouver.

"I was pleased with the way we started the game, but I know we will need 40 minutes like that, if we are to advance tomorrow night" said Carson coach Larry Donohoe after the game.  The Eagles were led by their diminutive point guard Josh Servillon who finished the game with 15 points, 9 steals and 4 assists and was selected Player of the Game for his efforts.  Mike Worthen chipped in with 14 points for the Eagles.

Rockridge was led by Arman Mehrikhamaneh with 11 points , Leo Liu with 9 points and Conor Borill and Julius Dai each had 8 points each. 

Carson Graham will now play the WIndsor Dukes in a sudden death game tomorrow night a  7:45 pm at Sutherland Secondary School.
